1) Write a letter of introduction briefly stating your organization's purpose and need.
This may be done by sending a paper copy or an email to the corresponding address below.
Ask for permission to apply for a grant and for the login information needed.

2) VCF will reply and, if permission is given, will send you the login information necessary.
3) Once you have received the login information you will be able to proceed below.
When you have completed the grant application, press "submit form"
and your information will be received by VCF.
4) Any additional materials you feel are necessary for your application may be sent to
the address above.
