What about sending in the character recommendations?
The character recommendations should be sent in by the person filling them out. A polite gesture for the applicant is to provide an addressed stamped envelope for the person to use when sending in the recommendation if they will be sending it via the U.S. Postal Service. In that case, please let the person making the recommendation put their own return address on the envelope. The character recommendations may be e-mailed or scanned from the recommender’s computer. These should not be sent in by the applicant.
