• The application which can be completed on-line or on a printed copy of the application received from us, completed, and then mailed to Vermeer Charitable Foundation.
• Complete high school transcripts (high school seniors – this must be through the first semester of your senior year)
• High School attendance records for all four years (high school seniors – this must be through the first semester of your senior year)
• College transcripts through 1^st semester of current year
• Three character references
• ACT/SAT scores for 4 year colleges, ITED scores for 2 year colleges (both scores may be submitted)
